We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return or refund request.
Order Tracking & Return Requests
You can track your order and submit a return or refund request directly through our Order Tracking Page and Return Center using your order number and email address. This helps us process issues faster and verify shipping status.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Photo or video evidence may be required for verification.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: In most cases, returns do not require sending the product back. Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund or replacement without return.
Accepted Reasons for Return or Refund
We accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:
- Order not delivered.
- Order significantly delayed.
- Item arrived damaged.
- Item defective or not functioning.
- Wrong item received.
- Missing item or missing essential parts.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a refund or replacement.
Clear photos or videos are required to process these requests.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind / no longer wanting the item.
- Ordering the wrong item or variant by mistake.
- Items that match the product description but do not meet personal expectations.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Perishable goods or personal care items.
- Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Customs seizures, refusals, or delays outside our control.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is up to 10 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Important Notes
- Refunds and replacements are subject to supplier verification.
- Shipping delays within the estimated delivery window are not automatically refundable.
- Abuse of the return system may result in refusal of future requests.
