Order Tracking

Delayed or Missing Orders

Orders that are delayed but still within the estimated delivery window are not automatically eligible for refunds.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist with an investigation and, where applicable, offer a refund or replacement.
Packages returned due to delivery failure, refusal, or incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.
